Many Hands Trading will donate $1 for every $4 you spend in the store on Saturday, July 19th, to Corvallis Furniture Share.

A $40 donation can provide a child in need with their own bed, pillow, sheets, and a blanket.

Furniture Share, serving Linn, Benton, and surrounding counties, is a non-profit organization operating since 1998, that diverts furniture from the landfill and redistributes quality used furniture, at no cost to individuals and families in need to improve family interactions, increase comfort and safety in the home, the ability to sleep comfortably, eat meals together, and study comfortably to increase wellness, independence, physical and mental health.

“Beds for Kids” is a wonderful campaign serving the children of Linn, Benton, and surrounding counties. Studies have shown that children who get a good night’s sleep in a bed of their own do better in school physically and mentally.

Hundreds of children in our communities sleep on the floor, on a couch, or share a small bed with siblings because their families can not afford to buy them their own bed. It’s our mission to help these children.
